A generous 25-by-12-foot footprint pairs full-height glazing with standard SmartTint privacy glass, microcement walls, and premium exterior cladding with built-in programmable lighting. An 18,000-BTU mini-split, 20-gallon water heater, and luxury bathroom with its own skylight bring comfort to every stay. Above the bed, a large skylight with electric blinds lets guests welcome the light or settle in for the night.

Optional rooftop deck
Create another outdoor space for guests to enjoy the view. The SB25 roof is designed for use as exterior decking and can be paired with an exterior ladder or stair system and rooftop railing.
The skylight is designed to be walked on and uses ½-inch-thick glass. We’ll plan the rooftop deck, access, and railing as optional additions to your configuration.
Optional off-grid package
Explore locations beyond existing utility connections with a SB25 configured for off-grid use. Our off-grid module attaches outside the utility closet and pairs the unit with solar, water tanks, and a battery system.

Full-height glazing connects guests to the landscape, while standard SmartTint switchable privacy glass gives them control over privacy. A large above-bed skylight includes electric blinds for control over overhead light.
Standard microcement walls and premium interior finish selections pair with quartz counters, built-in cabinets, and an L-shaped kitchenette with a breakfast bar. Outside, premium cladding and built-in programmable lighting define the cabin’s arrival experience.
An 18,000-BTU mini-split and 20-gallon water heater support everyday comfort. The luxury bathroom has its own skylight, while the sleeping area includes a queen-size frame with underlighting, with a king-size frame or bed frame delete available.
